    No, we only offer knitting patterns in digital PDF format.

  • Do you make custom garments?

    No, we do not offer custom-made garments.

  • How will I receive my pattern?

    After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link. Please note that the link expires after 24 hours.

  • What if I have questions about a pattern?

    You can contact us at mochi.knits@gmail.com. Please note that we do not provide support via Instagram or Ravelry.

  • Can I request a return?

    Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • In what language is the pattern available?

    Patterns are available in Spanish, English, French and korean on the website and Ravelry.
